Salary: up to £34,434 per annum (DOE)
Sellick Partnership is currently recruiting for an experienced HR Officer to join our client based in Hull, working on a hybrid basis for a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR generalist looking for a varied role covering all aspects of human resources within a fast-paced and people-focused environment.
The HR Officer will work closely with managers and employees across the organisation, providing comprehensive HR support throughout the employee lifecycle, ensuring HR processes are delivered efficiently, professionally and in line with the organisation's policies and procedures.
Key responsibilities for theHR Officer will include;
- Supporting the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment through to leaving
- Supporting recruitment campaigns, interviews, onboarding and pre-employment checks
- Providing first-line HR advice and guidance to managers and employees
- Managing HR administration including contracts, variations, employment documentation and record keeping
- Supporting employee relations cases including absence management, disciplinaries, grievances and performance management
- Assisting with workforce planning and organisational change activity
- Maintaining HR systems and ensuring employee data is accurate and compliant
- Supporting learning and development initiatives xgikmsk and training administration
- Producing HR reports and workforce data to support decision-making
- Monitoring compliance with employment legislation, policies and procedures
- Contributing to HR projects and continuous improvement activities
- Supporting wellbeing, engagement and inclusion initiatives across the organisation
