We are seeking a Senior Structural Engineer at our Leicester office to join our national team, offering training, guidance, and career development opportunities.

You Can Expect To Be Involved In:

• A variety of projects across sectors such as commercial, education, healthcare, defence, and infrastructure.

Your core duties will include:

• Ensuring high-quality technical project delivery.
• Managing project finances for success.
• Minimising health and safety risks within structural discipline.
• Supporting bids and business development.
• Enhancing our profile within the industry.
• Supporting growth and mentoring junior engineers.

About You

You should have:

• Excellent Structural Engineering knowledge.
• Experience with relevant design software.
• Understanding of Eurocodes.
• Strong health and safety awareness.
• Clear and confident communication skills.
• Good report writing skills.

Desirable qualifications include Chartered membership of ICE or IStructE, supporting junior team members, and commitment to CPD.
