We are expanding and seeking an Associate Director within Project Management based in Leeds, offering a rewarding career with opportunities for progression.
You Can Expect To Become Involved In
- Public and Private Sector projects valued at £4m – £11m.
- Leading a team of Project Managers across the region.
Your Core Duties Will Include
- Leading and directing complex projects and programmes.
- Managing finances and resources to meet business targets.
- Collaborating across disciplines for business development and service delivery.
- Providing line management and mentorship to colleagues.
- Leading bids, fee tendering, and client interviews.
- Developing initiatives to increase income.
- Building significant client relationships and acting as Client Account Manager for key accounts.
About You
You should be committed to fostering a positive, respectful work environment. To qualify, you must:
- Be based in or near Leeds with local industry knowledge and connections.
- Have substantial experience in a consultancy environment across sectors.
- Hold relevant qualifications/memberships (e.g., RICS, CIOB, APM).
- Possess excellent contract, client communication, report writing, and presentation skills.
- Have line management experience.
Desirable: Demonstrable experience in business development and ongoing professional development activities.
