We’re looking for an experienced Amazon Ads Manager to join our team and manage PPC performance across a growing portfolio of Amazon brands. This is a role for someone who already knows Amazon Ads properly. You should be confident managing accounts, improving performance, controlling spend, identifying growth opportunities, and making good commercial decisions without needing constant direction.

You’ll be a strong fit if you:

  • Have hands-on Amazon Ads / Amazon PPC experience
  • Know how to manage Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Brands Video, and Sponsored Display; DSP is a bonus
  • Can look at an account and quickly understand what needs to change
  • Understand the relationship between PPC, organic ranking, conversion rate, pricing, margin, and inventory
  • Are confident making decisions around bids, budgets, structure, keyword strategy, and scaling
  • Can manage multiple accounts without losing track of detail
  • Communicate clearly and take ownership of outcomes
  • Are proactive, analytical, and commercially minded

Required experience:

  • Amazon Ads / Amazon PPC experience
  • Experience managing PPC for ecommerce brands
  • Ability to analyse account performance and act on the data

Bonus experience:

  • Amazon agency experience
  • Experience managing larger monthly ad budgets
  • Experience with Seller Central
  • Experience using tools such as Helium 10, Data Dive, Perpetua, Pacvue, Quartile, Intentwise, or similar
