We’re looking for an Account Strategist to join our team and help Amazon brands grow through better strategy, sharper communication, and stronger commercial thinking. This is a client-facing role for someone who can look at an Amazon account, understand what is happening, spot opportunities, and clearly explain what needs to happen next. You’ll work closely with clients and our internal team to make sure accounts are moving in the right direction, clients understand the strategy, and the work being delivered is genuinely helping them grow.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Owning client relationships and being their main strategic point of contact
  • Reviewing Amazon account performance and identifying opportunities
  • Turning data, campaign performance, and account issues into clear action plans
  • Communicating strategy and progress clearly to clients
  • Working with our PPC and operations teams to make sure the right work gets done
  • Helping retain and grow client accounts by delivering a strong client experience

You’ll be a good fit if you:

  • Have experience in Amazon, ecommerce, marketplace, agency, or performance marketing
  • Are commercially minded and can think beyond basic account management
  • Are confident speaking to founders, brand owners, and ecommerce teams
  • Can explain complex ideas in a simple, clear way
