Position Description
Location: Norfolk, VA (Primary)
Security Clearance Requirements: Secret
We are seeking a Program Analyst to work in Norfolk, VA. The successful candidate will play a critical role in providing in-depth analysis and assessment of the RRL program plan, supporting scheduling and management of requirements development and training implementation for the Fleet and Type Commanders.
Responsibilities
- Provide subject matter expertise on training systems such as CeTARS, FLTMPS, Navy e-Learning, AIM, TRMS, and requirements necessary to support Type Commanders.
- Consolidate and review training data to provide briefs and assessments.
- Develop briefing products to communicate analysis and assessments to senior leadership.
- Assist the RRL Program team in measuring the efficiency and effectiveness of RRL processes and training.
- Review training requirements from stakeholders and provide recommendations.
- Develop and review recommendations on individual training requirements for Enlisted career continuums.
- Assess impacts of training requirement changes on Fleet and Type Commander readiness.
- Review new training content for modernization and validation.
- Support development and validation of performance measures, tracking effectiveness metrics.
Salary Range: $60,000 - $68,000
Job Requirements
Minimum of five (5) years of experience performing similar tasks, and two (2) years with Navy staff processes. Alternatively, a minimum of ten (10) years of program analysis experience, with at least five (5) years performing similar tasks and two (2) years with Navy staff processes.
Travel: 0 - 10%
