Position Description

Location: Norfolk, VA (Primary)

Security Clearance Requirements: Secret

We are seeking a Program Analyst to work in Norfolk, VA. The successful candidate will play a critical role in providing in-depth analysis and assessment of the RRL program plan, supporting scheduling and management of requirements development and training implementation for the Fleet and Type Commanders.

Responsibilities

  • Provide subject matter expertise on training systems such as CeTARS, FLTMPS, Navy e-Learning, AIM, TRMS, and requirements necessary to support Type Commanders.
  • Consolidate and review training data to provide briefs and assessments.
  • Develop briefing products to communicate analysis and assessments to senior leadership.
  • Assist the RRL Program team in measuring the efficiency and effectiveness of RRL processes and training.
  • Review training requirements from stakeholders and provide recommendations.
  • Develop and review recommendations on individual training requirements for Enlisted career continuums.
  • Assess impacts of training requirement changes on Fleet and Type Commander readiness.
  • Review new training content for modernization and validation.
  • Support development and validation of performance measures, tracking effectiveness metrics.

Salary Range: $60,000 - $68,000

Job Requirements

Minimum of five (5) years of experience performing similar tasks, and two (2) years with Navy staff processes. Alternatively, a minimum of ten (10) years of program analysis experience, with at least five (5) years performing similar tasks and two (2) years with Navy staff processes.

Travel: 0 - 10%
