Are you an outgoing people person who enjoys making guests feel welcome? We're looking for a friendly, capable individual to join our duty management team.
You'll be a welcoming face of the business, helping keep our day-to-day operation running smoothly. Your role will include:
- Hosting the restaurant at lunch and dinner
- Checking guests in and helping them settle into their stay
- Managing the team and sharing responsibilities on shift
- Delivering warm, attentive service for our hotel guests and diners
We'll provide plenty of training and support, but you'll need a hospitality background and experience in guest care and food service. A positive attitude, clear communication and a willingness to get stuck in are essential!
Shifts: 7am–3pm or 2.30pm–10pm.
Four or five days per week, to suit your circumstances.
