Purpose of the Role: To align OpCo operations with group standards, ensuring consistent AMOS processes and operational excellence. This role acts as the bridge between group-level governance and local operations, providing sustainable expertise, resolving rollout issues, and driving continuous improvement across CAMO, Production, and Supply Chain functions.
Responsibilities:
- OpCo Alignment: Ensure OpCo operations adhere to group standards and maintain consistent AMOS processes.
- Local AMOS Champion: Act as the primary point of contact for AMOS at the local level, resolving rollout issues and supporting adoption.
- Business Needs Translation: Analyse and interpret requirements from CAMO, Production, and Supply Chain teams to define AMOS system needs.
- Functional Design Validation: Collaborate with subject matter experts to validate functional designs, ensuring alignment with operational and strategic objectives.
- Innovation Leadership: Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements to drive efficiency and innovation.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as a liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment.
- Requirement Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders to gather detailed requirements and translate them into actionable system specifications.
- Design Review: Validate and approve functional designs for practicality, efficiency, and alignment with business processes.
- Process Optimisation: Propose and implement innovative solutions to optimise workflows and enhance system capabilities.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Facilitate collaboration between CAMO, Production, Supply Chain, and IT teams for ongoing management of AMOS functionality.
- Continuous Improvement: Monitor system performance and recommend updates or changes to maintain alignment with evolving business needs.
Qualifications / Experience Required:
- Proven experience in operations alignment, business process optimisation, or system governance roles.
- Strong knowledge of AMOS or similar enterprise systems.
- Experience in requirement gathering, functional design validation, and change management.
- Familiarity with CAMO, Production, and Supply Chain processes.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to identify and implement process improvements and system enhancements.
- Degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
