About the Role: This role sits at the intersection of Engineering, Quality & Compliance and AMOS, with a clear mandate to ensure that maintenance standards, regulatory requirements and audit frameworks are effectively embedded, structured and operationalised within AMOS. You will act as the subject matter expert bridging maintenance compliance and system implementation, translating quality, safety and regulatory requirements into AMOS processes, configurations and data structures. The role is ideally suited to a senior Quality / Compliance / Safety professional (Part-145 / CAMO) who also brings deep expertise in AMOS, ideally including implementation or major transformation programmes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translation of Compliance into AMOS:
    • Translate quality, safety and compliance requirements (Part-145 / CAMO / Part-M) into AMOS processes, configurations and system logic
    • Ensure that maintenance standards, procedures and regulatory frameworks are fully embedded within AMOS
    • Define how audit, compliance and traceability requirements are operationalised through the system
  • AMOS Subject Matter Expertise
    • Act as a deep AMOS expert, understanding both system capabilities and maintenance processes
    • Define and validate how AMOS supports: maintenance records, compliance tracking, audit readiness, process standardisation
    • Drive improvements in how AMOS is used to support quality and compliance objectives
  • Implementation & Harmonisation (Group Level)
    • Play a key role in group-wide AMOS alignment / implementation initiatives
    • Ensure that quality and compliance requirements are consistently embedded across different airlines and operating environments
    • Support the harmonisation of processes through AMOS
  • Audit, Risk & Data Integrity (within AMOS):
    • Ensure that data, records and workflows within AMOS meet audit and regulatory expectations
    • Support audit preparation by ensuring traceability and data integrity within the system
    • Identify and address compliance gaps linked to system usage or configuration
  • Stakeholder Collaboration
    • Work closely with Quality, Compliance, CAMO, Part-145, Engineering and AMOS/IT teams
    • Act as the interface between compliance functions and system teams
    • Support training and guidance to ensure correct and consistent use of AMOS

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Strong background in Quality / Compliance / Safety within airline or MRO environments
  • Deep understanding of EASA regulations (Part-145, Part-M, CAMO) and audit processes
  • Advanced, hands-on expertise in AMOS
  • Ideally, experience in AMOS implementation, rollout or transformation initiatives
  • Proven ability to translate regulatory and operational requirements into system processes
  • Strong understanding of maintenance operations and engineering processes
  • Experience working in complex or multi-entity environments
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
