They work alongside PMs, engineers, designers, operations and credit to help identify and solve meaningful problems. Whether it is improving conversion at the top of our funnel, digitising the document collection process, or driving repeat borrowing from existing customers, associate PMs at Selina drive real impact from day one.
You’ll join a fast-moving product team, working alongside product managers to:
- Identify high-impact product opportunities using data and insight
- Coordinate with engineering and ops to ship improvements quickly
- Use data to identify bottlenecks, prioritise work, and measure outcomes
- Collaborate with engineers and designers to ship high-quality features
