We are building an incredible team and culture of high performance, development, reward and recognition, ready for the next phase of our adventure.
The role in a nutshell: This role is for a more analytical, data-obsessed growth marketer rather than a creative one! You will own the day‑to‑day execution of paid acquisition and funnel optimisation, translating numbers into action and scaling what works. You will partner closely with the Credit Risk, Data, and Commercial teams to ensure that every pound we spend returns sustainable, high-quality borrowers and drives profitable growth.
What you will be doing:

- Plan, launch, and optimise PPC, SEO, social, and affiliate campaigns.
- Build and maintain granular account structures, audience segments, and bidding strategies that hit CPA/ROAS targets.
- Design and analyse experiments (ad copy, creative, landing pages) using statistically robust methodology.
- Develop dashboards and tracking mechanisms to surface insights to the Growth and Executive teams on a weekly basis.
- Own attribution logic and champion high ROI campaigns.
What about you, what do you need to bring/have?
- 2-4 years direct, hands-on management of Google Ads & Meta Ads in a high‑growth environment (fintech, e‑commerce, or B2C SaaS).
- Proven track record of meeting CAC/ROAS targets on six‑figure budgets.
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets analytical skills.
- Comfort with statistical concepts, experiment design, and interpreting confidence intervals and p‑values.
- Strong communication skills; able to simplify complex analysis for non‑marketing stakeholders.
Nice to Have experience/qualifications:
- Financial‑services or lending experience.
- Exposure to credit‑risk modelling, CLTV, or cohort analysis.
- Working knowledge of SQL or Python for deeper analysis.
- Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certifications.
