About Selina

At Selina Finance, our mission is to provide exceptional value with simple and flexible financial products. We’re achieving this by building a next-generation digital lender targeting homeowners across the UK. More than £2tn of equity value is locked up in UK homes, while homeowners still need to rely on high-interest-rate consumer loans, credit cards, or overdrafts. We believe this is unfair and unnecessary. We offer a financing product unlike anything else out there, one that is as flexible as a current account, as affordable as a mortgage, and as easy to apply for as a consumer loan.

We are building an incredible team and culture of high performance, development, reward and recognition, ready for the next phase of our adventure, and this is where you come in!

  • We have 19 different nationalities across our London + Manchester offices
  • Voted as ‘one of the fastest-growing businesses in the UK’ by Business Leader Growth 500 for 2025

About the Role:

We’re looking for a commercially sharp, ambitious Partnerships Analyst to join Selina’s Growth team. You will be part of a small, highly ambitious team building what we expect to become a major growth engine for the business, with meaningful responsibility from day one and significant scope to accelerate your career as we scale. This position is designed for someone who wants to hit the ground running, take real ownership, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in managing and optimising our embedded finance relationships, combining analysis with hands-on partner management to drive growth. Crucially, this role goes beyond managing an existing channel - it requires someone motivated to actively build and scale it. We’re looking for strong commercial instinct, natural optimism, and a proactive, sales-oriented mindset, with the drive to identify and pursue new opportunities independently. Over time, you will gradually assume full ownership of partner initiatives and commercial projects, working cross-functionally across Selina to lead them from strategy through to execution.

What you’ll be working on:

  • Manage Selina’s embedded finance partnerships across both strategy and day-to-day execution - scaling and optimising established partnerships while developing and launching new initiatives
  • Produce regular quantitative analysis to understand performance, identify opportunities, and shape smarter commercial decisions
  • Assume responsibility for partner relationships, operating confidently with independence and accountability
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Data and Credit teams to deliver priorities and drive growth
  • Play a meaningful role in shaping the next phase of our embedded finance proposition, bringing ideas and challenging thinking where needed
  • You will gradually take on full ownership of partner initiatives, with accountability for strategy, execution and commercial outcomes

Job requirements

About you:

  • Highly numerate and analytical - comfortable using data to generate insights and form commercial judgement
  • Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets; experience with SQL, Python or other analytical tools is a plus
  • Strong communication skills - able to represent Selina externally and build valuable relationships
  • Naturally proactive and opportunity-driven, with the optimism and commercial instinct to go out and win new partnerships
  • Pragmatic and adaptable - brings a “can-do, will-learn” attitude and is comfortable stepping into varied challenges as needed

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in fintech, embedded finance, or lending businesses
  • Demonstrated experience working with external partners, clients or stakeholders

What we offer:

  • £35,000 - £38,000 base salary, dependant on experience
  • 25 days' annual leave, plus bank holidays
  • 30 days’ work-from-anywhere allowance
  • Bi-annual Bonus (discretionary)
  • Volunteering allowance
  • Growth Shares
  • Annual L&D budget
  • Cycle to work scheme
  • 3% pension contribution
  • Monthly socials
  • Free access to mental health support via ‘Spill’
  • A choice of benefits that work for you, courtesy of our benefits platform, ‘Thanks Ben’
  • Annual £60 cycle allowance for Santander cycles or Evans (via ‘Thanks Ben’)
  • Workplace Nursery Benefit, allowing eligible nursery costs to be paid via salary sacrifice
