As a Sales Associate, you are an essential part of a team that creates extraordinary experiences for our customers. Customer service is at the heart of what you do. You will be the go‑to person to help customers and will be fully knowledgeable of everything about the store, including the latest products, events and services.

Responsibilities

  • Work as part of a team focused on creating a memorable customer experience by building rapport, sharing product knowledge and catering to customer needs.
  • Conduct sales, refunds and exchanges, helping the customer find another suitable item or offering our online services.
  • Sell and replenish stock, organize rails, and host events while maintaining the highest retail standards.
  • Gather and use customer feedback constructively to continually raise the bar for service, sales and retail standards.
  • Manage and oversee the stock in your department: unpack deliveries, complete audits and maintain the stock room.
  • Adapt to daily challenges; you may be required to work across different departments while bringing your service excellence and collaborative spirit.

  • Follow health, safety and security procedures and help prevent stock loss.
