Selfridges is seeking a Department Manager to own the bought and concession departments, including payroll, strategy, and performance targets. You will work with the Concession Manager to drive improvements, motivate your team, and deliver strong sales through product knowledge and cross-category selling.

You will lead with regular coaching, use feedback to plan development, ensure compliance with trading standards and health and safety, and collaborate with VM and B&M to optimise displays.
