Working closely with the Windows Set Design Manager, this role brings concepts to life by producing exceptional 3D visuals that clearly communicate creative intent, support design development, and enable world-class execution across all stores.
The Visualiser plays an essential part in shaping Selfridges' aesthetic, delivering high-quality renderings that enhance storytelling, support cross-departmental collaboration, and strengthen the brand's position as an industry leader in creative innovation.
Key Responsibilities- Produce high-quality 3D visuals for Selfridges' window schemes, (VM sites, and atrium spaces if needed).
- Support concept development by creating impactful, well-composed visuals that communicate design intent clearly and effectively.
- Translate ideas, sketches, and briefs into visually compelling renderings with a simple, strong message.
- Create realistic images using a wide range of visual references, materials, and design information.
- Collaborate closely with the Set Design Manager and Windows Lead to understand and accurately interpret creative briefs.
- Support with Corner Shop window visuals as required.
- Build and maintain an organised library of 3D models, templates, and spatial files for all key Selfridges creative spaces.
- Produce visuals that reflect the real-world constraints of spatial design, materials, and production methods.
- Liaise with regional teams to support localisation of window concepts and visual requirements.
- Ensure all visuals meet Selfridges' creative standards and production feasibility requirements.
- Manage personal workload effectively to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Communicate clearly about visualisation timelines, progress, and practical constraints.
- Prioritise tasks and deliver against multiple concurrent briefs.
