As a Senior Operations Analyst you will:

- Leverage SQL, ETL processes, and data visualisation tools to extract, transform, and analyse data, enabling accurate reporting and insight‑driven recommendations.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualisations that communicate key performance trends and business outcomes.
- Support the monitoring and interpretation of market trends, consumer behaviour, and business performance to identify opportunities and risks.
- Build an understanding of the fashion and retail landscape to provide context for performance analysis and decision‑making.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements, understand business challenges, and deliver data‑driven solutions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, reporting, and operational performance.
