Job Overview
This is a 15 hour contract that will be split across three 5‑hour shifts per week. The role requires at least 4 days of full availability, including weekends.
Responsibilities
- Work as part of a team focused on creating a memorable customer experience by building rapport, sharing product knowledge, and catering to customer needs.
- Conduct sales, refunds, and exchanges, helping customers to find suitable alternative items if necessary or offering online services.
- Maintain the highest retail standards while selling, replenishing stock, organizing rails, and hosting events.
- Use customer feedback constructively to continually raise service, sales, and retail standards in your area.
- Manage and oversee stock in the department, from unpacking deliveries to completing audits and maintaining the stock room.
- Adapt to day‑to‑day challenges; be prepared to work in different departments, bringing service excellence and a collaborative spirit.
- Use natural curiosity to stay ahead of trends by expanding knowledge of products and competitors.
- Follow health, safety, and security procedures, and play an active role in preventing stock loss.
