This is a 12‑hour contract position. The shifts may be arranged as either x2 6‑hour shifts or x3 4‑hour shifts across the week. A minimum of four days of availability is required, including weekends.
Responsibilities
- Work as part of a team focused on creating a memorable customer experience by building rapport, sharing product knowledge, and catering to customer needs.
- Conduct sales, refunds, and exchanges, and assist customers in finding alternative products or using online services.
- Maintain retail standards by selling, replenishing stock, organising rails, and hosting events.
- Use customer feedback constructively to continuously improve service, sales, and retail standards.
- Manage stock in the department: unpack deliveries, carry out audits, and maintain the stock room.
- Adapt to daily challenges and may be required to work in different departments while maintaining service excellence.
- Follow health, safety, and security procedures and help prevent stock loss.
