What is the role?
As a Private Client Manager, you will be responsible for cultivating and managing relationships with Selfridges’ most valuable clients, including our elite VVSP+ (£50k+) and VVSP++ (£100k+) tiers, as well as newly introduced high-net-worth guests invited to experience our exclusive private shopping environments. You will possess exceptional networking and relationship-building skills, enabling you to expand your client base through both existing relationships and the strategic acquisition of new clients. A role model within the Personal Shopping team, you will uphold the highest standards of service, professionalism, and discretion, consistently delivering bespoke styling and elevated lifestyle experiences. With expert knowledge across all categories within Selfridges, you will lead in cross-category and own bought sales, setting the benchmark for excellence in luxury personal shopping.
