As a Private Client Manager, you will be responsible for cultivating and managing relationships with Selfridges' most valuable clients, including our elite VVSP+ (£50k+) and VVSP++ (£100k+) tiers, as well as newly introduced high-net-worth guests invited to experience our exclusive private shopping environments. You will possess exceptional networking and relationship-building skills, enabling you to expand your client base through both existing relationships and the strategic acquisition of new clients.
A role model within the Personal Shopping team, you will uphold the highest standards of service, professionalism, and discretion, consistently delivering bespoke styling and elevated lifestyle experiences. With expert knowledge across all categories within Selfridges, you will lead in cross-category and own bought sales, setting the benchmark for excellence in luxury personal shopping.
As a Private Client Manager, you will:
- Nurture and develop relationships to generate new business with a focus on international, high potential and high net worth clients.
- Recognise potential events either in store or offsite to further our client base and pro-actively approach individuals and corporations.
- Generate ideas and implement plans to develop business opportunities and drive productivity, sales and profit across own bought and concession businesses.
- Demonstrate a commercial mindset and outlook to stay responsive to customer needs, sharing inspiration in immediate.
