To provide a highly professional, confidential, meticulous and a reliable support service to the Store Director (SD). Key to this role is providing the right PA support to enable the SD and their respective Senior Leadership team to work as efficiently and effectively as possible. The role will work flexibly across both Manchester store(s) mirroring the SD movements where practicable and in response to business needs. You will build, maintain and ensure the widespread use of efficient systems of working within a fast paced and often challenging environment and support the Directors & SLT’s with diary management and administration (5 heads).
Diary Management & support
- Priority is to provide PA Support tot the Store Director and their respective Senior leadership team:
- Effectively manages and organises the diary and meeting cadence for Store Director & SLT
- Monitors the mailbox for SD director, sifting, sorting and actioning mail as required
- Compile travel itineraries and arrange travel and accommodation requirements
- Support team day organisation
Communication
- Meets regularly with SD and SLT to discuss and support their daily , weekly , monthly itineraries
- Answers different forms of communication for the SD across e mail , phone and teams etc
- Support the communication across internal and external stakeholders
- Being the first point of contact for meetings / visits hosted in store and if not in the business has clear plan that is handed over to appropriate person
Whilst diary management remains a priority, admin tasks will be required on a routine basis
- Preparing weekly financial reports for trade meetings and business reviews
- Support Collation together PowerPoint presentations’
- Produces typed work that is consistent in its standard and accuracy
- Ad hoc involvement and support for projects
- Reflexis approval process
