To provide extraordinary customer service to all Safe Deposit customers and visitors by living the Selfridges values and ensuring all customers receive the appropriate welcome and information in a secure and discreet environment. As a Safe Deposit Custodian you will be responsible for handling safe deposit box visits, opening new Safe Deposit Box contracts and maintaining existing contracts. You will also be responsible for managing customer payments including invoices, cash/cheque/card payments, safe deposit box contract queries and exceeding service goals by minimizing customer wait times and accurately and efficiently serving our customers.
