Selfridges is seeking a Department Manager for Women’s Body Studio to drive sales, service and profit targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will lead and nurture a high-performing team, ensuring consistency in service and product knowledge across the department.

You will report to the Divisional Manager and collaborate with other Department Managers. Focus areas include Customer, People and Commercial performance, coaching staff, and maximising clientelling and KPI
