We are looking for a talented Fashion & Still Life Photographer to join our studio team with well-rounded experience in both model and still life e-commerce. The ideal candidate will be equally confident shooting live models and still life products, with a strong understanding of lighting, styling collaboration, and studio workflows. This is a key role in producing high-quality, on-brand imagery across both fashion and product categories for our e-commerce and digital platforms.
As a Fashion & Still Life Photographer you will:
- Fashion Photography
- Direct and engage with on-set models to ensure relaxed, natural poses and strong, brand-appropriate imagery.
- Build a positive rapport with models to get the best from each shoot.
- Work collaboratively with Styling and Hair & Makeup teams to enhance the customer journey and visual quality.
- Shoot across both mannequin and tabletop sets as needed.
- Maintain high standards for all fashion imagery, ensuring technical precision and creative consistency.
- Contribute to creative digital content projects when required, bringing innovative ideas and strong technical execution.
- Confidently shoot a wide variety of products across tabletop and MQ sets.
- Work solo on non-styling sets when needed, managing all aspects of the shoot independently.
- Collaborate with Product Stylists to capture elevated or supplementary imagery when requested.
- Ensure consistent lighting, framing, and retouch-ready images that align with brand standards.
- Deliver all required product imagery, including extras if the shoot list is completed early.
- Support and motivate other team members, fostering a collaborative and positive studio environment.
- Maintain an excellent attitude toward the role, business, and studio culture.
- Take initiative in improving and implementing efficient workflow processes within the photography team.
- Assist with maintaining studio equipment, managing inventory, and coordinating consumable supplies.
- Ensure punctual attendance and limit absences to maintain studio productivity and delivery timelines.
You will have:
- Proven experience as a fashion and/or still life photographer, ideally in a fast-paced e-commerce or content studio.
- Strong technical understanding of studio lighting, digital capture, and file management.
- Proficient in tools such as Capture One, Adobe Photoshop, and other industry-standard software.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and adaptable with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- A creative mindset with an appreciation for both commercial and editorial fashion aesthetics.
- Experience working in a high-volume e-commerce studio.
- Familiarity with luxury or premium fashion brands.
- Knowledge of shooting/editing video is a plus.
This role is on-site, 5 days a week in the office.
