This is a key role in producing high-quality, on-brand imagery across both fashion and product categories for our e-commerce and digital platforms.

Responsibilities

Fashion Photography

  • Direct and engage with on-set models to ensure relaxed, natural poses and strong, brand-appropriate imagery.
  • Build a positive rapport with models to get the best from each shoot.
  • Work collaboratively with Styling and Hair & Makeup teams to enhance the customer journey and visual quality.
  • Shoot across both mannequin and tabletop sets as needed.
  • Maintain high standards for all fashion imagery, ensuring technical precision and creative consistency.
  • Contribute to creative digital content projects when required, bringing innovative ideas and strong technical execution.

Still Life Photography

  • Confidently shoot a wide variety of products across tabletop and MQ sets.
  • Work solo on non-styling sets when needed, managing all aspects of the shoot independently.
  • Collaborate with Product Stylists to capture elevated or supplementary imagery when requested.
  • Ensure consistent lighting, framing, and retouch-ready images that align with brand standards.
  • Deliver all required product imagery, including extras if the shoot list is completed early.

Studio Operations & Workflow

  • Support and motivate other team members, fostering a collaborative and positive studio environment.
  • Maintain an excellent attitude toward the role, business, and studio culture.
  • Take initiative in improving and implementing efficient workflow processes within the photography team.
  • Assist with maintaining studio equipment, managing inventory, and coordinating consumable supplies.
  • Ensure punctual attendance and limit absences to maintain studio productivity and delivery timelines.

  • Strong technical understanding of studio lighting, digital capture, and file management.
  • Proficient in tools such as Capture One, Adobe Photoshop, and other industry-standard software.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and adaptable with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • A creative mindset with an appreciation for both commercial and editorial fashion aesthetics.
  • Experience working in a high-volume e-commerce studio.
  • Familiarity with luxury or premium fashion brands.
