Brand Specialist (Supervisor) – Tom Ford Menswear

Job Introduction

As Tom Ford\’s Brand Specialist you will:

  • Deliver exceptional service to our customers by sharing product knowledge, creating a memorable experience and effectively managing complaints when they arise
  • Ensure the highest level of MTM services is provided while conveying in-depth knowledge of fabric and custom suit products, including composition, style etc
  • Demonstrate consistent high level of sales productivity, with an entrepreneurial approach in supporting MTM events, assisting in the process with other team members and providing technical expertise to manage customer questions. Reinforce standards on MTM services to minimize rejection rates.
  • Develop and train other associates on new seasonal fabrics, and ensure entire team has a thorough understanding of the offering while assisting on the orders;
  • Build a strong relationship with the brand for updates and follow ups in managing and tracking orders from start to finish,
  • Understand the need to take responsibility for tasks that may go beyond the role expectation, spot opportunities to improve business, customer service and retail standards
  • Understand and follow health and safety procedures and security procedures, and play an active role in preventing stock loss
  • Build and develop your own client base.Using your exceptional service skills to nurture customer relationships, that you will maintain through your unique personal service
  • Responsibilities in updating and maintenance of all necessary tools for the TOM FORD MTM program, ensuring seasonal swatch fabrics are updated weekly.
  • Maintain presence on the sales floor and serve as an ambassador of MTM to clients while also assisting in general selling activities throughout the store as needed.
  • Monitor shipment, work closely with stakeholders, and assist the customers with rapid info in regards of MTM status orders
  • Ensure the highest levels of MTM services are provided according to TOM FORD standards and that the customer receives the \’perfect\’ fit;
