As a Back-of-House Brand Specialist, you will:
- Be the subject matter expert of all things Skims stock management, covering activities which include policy and procedure compliance, process errors and other operational store audits – everything we need to do to make sure we know where our stock is at all times.
- Maintain strong organisation of stockroom, ensuring all areas are tidy, structured and easy to navigate.
- Lead stock counts and audits, ensuring they are completed thoroughly and on time.
- Ensure accurate and timely stock management processes – receiving, shipping or moving stock.
- Understand the need to take responsibility for tasks that may go beyond the role expectation, spot opportunities to improve business, customer service and retail standards.
- Minimise stock loss through careful handling, tracking and adherence to company procedures.
- Understand and follow health, safety and security procedures, ensuring all areas are clear for team members to use and compliant with all regulations and company policies.
- Lead, motivate and inspire other colleagues in your department. Maintaining high standards and share your knowledge with your team.
- Adapt to the challenges that vary from day to day. As a flexible role, you may be required to work on different departments, taking your collaborative spirit with you.
