Brand Specialist (Supervisor) – Designer – Menswear (Trafford)

Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional service to our customers by sharing product knowledge, creating a memorable experience and effectively managing complaints when they arise
- Excite and motivate other colleagues by sharing knowledge of the brand, communicating stories of newness and product exclusives to drive sales, and cascading information via training
- Take responsibility for tasks beyond the role expectation, identify opportunities to improve business, customer service and retail standards
- Follow health and safety procedures and security procedures, and play an active role in preventing stock loss
- Adapt to changing daily challenges; this is a flexible role requiring potential work across different departments while maintaining service excellence and collaborative spirit
- Build and develop your own client base, using exceptional service skills to nurture relationships maintained through your personal service
