This role requires a strong blend of commercial awareness, advanced data literacy, and change leadership, with a passion for delivering insights that shape strategy, performance, and organisational transformation.

As a Senior Operations Analyst you will:

  • Translate complex data into clear, engaging, and actionable insights to support operational and business decision-making.
  • Leverage SQL, ETL processes, and data visualisation tools to extract, transform, and analyse data, enabling accurate reporting and insight-driven recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualisations that communicate key performance trends and business outcomes.
  • Support the monitoring and interpretation of market trends, consumer behaviour, and business performance to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Build an understanding of the fashion and retail landscape to provide context for performance analysis and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements, understand business challenges, and deliver data-driven solutions.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, reporting, and operational performance.
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, supporting informed decision-making across the business.

How you’ll do it…

  • Proven ability to tell stories with data — turning analytics into narratives that influence and inspire action.
  • Strong commercial acumen with up-to-date knowledge of fashion and retail industry trends.
  • Experience driving business change and guiding stakeholders through periods of transformation.
  • Demonstrated history of leveraging data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and data analysis platforms.
  • Hands‑on experience with ETL processes and strong working knowledge of SQL for querying and manipulating data.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross‑functionally and influence at all levels.
