As a Paid Search (PPC) Executive, you will assist the Performance Marketing Lead & Senior Performance Marketing Executive with the strategy, execution and optimisation of PPC campaigns across a portfolio of brands within Frasers Group. This includes performance-driven shopping & search campaigns focused on revenue growth, customer acquisition, and return on ad spend (ROAS). The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of Google Ads, have strong analytical skills, and have experience in managing high-budget, high-performance campaigns across multiple accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Assist in the development and management of end-to-end paid search strategies across multiple brands, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Structure, build, and optimise PPC campaigns across Google Ads. Collaborate with brand, trading and digital teams to align search campaigns with seasonal promotions, product launches and wider marketing activity.
  • Performance & Commercial Focus: Continuously analyse and optimise campaigns to drive key performance metrics (primarily ROAS). Provide regular analysis and actionable insights to improve campaign performance and budget allocation. Manage daily, weekly and monthly budget pacing to ensure efficient delivery of spend across all accounts.
  • Creative & Ad Copy Collaboration: Work with internal teams to develop compelling ad copy, extensions and landing pages. Conduct A/B testing on ad formats, copy and landing pages to drive continuous performance improvement. Ensure messaging is aligned with brand tone of voice and promotional calendar.
  • Innovation & Market Insight: Keep up to date with the latest developments in PPC, automation, and search engine marketing best practices. Identify and trial new betas and features across platforms to stay ahead of the curve. Benchmark against competitors and industry standards to maintain a leading position.
  • Reporting & Stakeholder Management: Create and deliver performance reports and dashboards for key stakeholders. Present findings and strategic recommendations in a clear and actionable format. Work closely with data teams to ensure accurate tracking and attribution.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 years’ experience managing paid search campaigns, ideally in a multi-brand or retail environment.
  • Proven track record of driving performance and optimising large-scale Google Ads accounts.
  • Strong understanding of campaign setup, bidding strategies, audience segmentation and keyword research.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insight.
  • Ability to work across teams and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
