Position Overview
Learn all about the product journey from concept through to launch: perform the role of consumer research and market gaps, working closely with Design, Engineering, Supply chain and our local commercial and marketing teams. Work on product development, marketing plans, setting up new SKUs in our systems, reviewing packaging materials, managing samples & more.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Product Management Team from concept to launch
- Assist with product launches, marketing plans, market analysis, product insights and launch presentations
- Liaise and partner with the wider marketing team to ensure all requirements are fully catered for and considered in broad marketing terms
- Perform qualitative market research with brands like STANLEY, DEWALT, FACOM or BLACK+DECKER's end users
- Support and liaise with the market teams from Europe and ANZ on product-related queries and issues.
What We Look For
- Second Year Bachelor University Student seeking a placement opportunity and intending to return to full education after the placement
- Studying Business, Marketing, Product Design or Engineering bachelor’s degree
- Preferably hold a full UK driving licence
- Able to commute to our new Maidenhead office (SL6 1QP) twice a week.
- Although we have a very flexible working arrangement, we do require our interns to be able to work from our offices for collaboration purposes, team meetings, events, etc.
