What you’ll do
As a Content Creator at Zest within Sainsbury's in‑house creative agency, you will develop disruptive, engaging, and platform‑native social content that resonates with the target audience and enhances brand visibility across key channels, primarily focusing on Instagram and TikTok. Your role will involve attending briefings, identifying creative opportunities, creating storyboards and shot lists, and collaborating closely with internal teams to bring content ideas to life quickly and effectively. You will also shoot and edit high‑quality social‑first content on iPhone, ensuring that the content aligns with Sainsbury's tone of voice, fits each platform, and resonates with the audience, while staying informed about cultural, social, and tech trends to maximize reach and impact.

Essential criteria
- Proven experience creating engaging short‑form social content across major platforms, particularly Instagram and TikTok.
- A portfolio demonstrating content creation, iPhone shooting, lo‑fi capture and short‑form editing.
- Experience developing content ideas, storyboards, shot lists, reference packs and simple treatment documents.
- Experience using iPhone, CapCut and other social editing tools to create polished, platform‑native content.
