self-portrait is looking to hire a Sales Executive for the Middle East and Eastern Europe.

A successful candidate will have proven experience working in a similar wholesale head office position, with excellent attention to detail, communication, and organisational skills.

This role is based 5 days per week in our London head office.

  • KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
  • Atleast 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Confident in holding sales appointments
  • Experience working with accounts in either the Middle East or Eastern Europe
  • Ability to plan, multi-task and work under pressure
  • Excellent Excel skills and previousexperience of internal computer systems - ideally Zedonk & Joor
  • Understanding of sell through analysis
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent problem-solving attitude
  • Positive attitude with a 'can do' work ethic
  • Comfortable with international travel
  • Passionate about product
  • MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support Senior Sales Executive with day to day running of assigned territory
  • Service accounts with an exceptional level of customer service
  • Hold market appointments in seasonal showrooms
  • Target new business
  • Order entry
  • Send OC and invoices
  • Update and add new account information to Joor and Zedonk
  • Complete weekly and monthly sell-through trackers
  • Collect and input PO numbers ahead of the delivery window and help to provide EAN codes for relevant accounts
  • Support logistics and finance to ensure that all orders are sent out with no delays
  • Send ATS and manage reorders and swaps
  • Participate in weekly team meetings
