Job Purpose: To provide consistent and accurate analytical and administrative support to the Merchandising team across both self-portrait and Roland Mouret.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for producing and maintaining daily sales reports, distributing to key business stakeholders, and aiding in analysis.
  • Actively partake in weekly sales analysis through report running and document creation.
  • With the guidance of the Merchandiser, compile and provide information for ad-hoc requests from other areas of the business e.g., Buying and Wholesale.
  • Aid Merchandising team in style management and range plan creation.
  • Support in market through updating and creating seasonal hindsight for the Buying and Wholesale teams.
  • Aid in sizing analysis and complete sizing breakdown for stock orders under guidance of Merchandiser, ensuring correct size ratio is purchased to optimise sales, also able to make suggestions to Merchandiser.
  • Support team in compiling and running central documentation.
  • Check, compile and manage internal departmental reports.
  • Create Purchase Orders and aid the Merchandising team in PO management.
  • Monitor data accuracy in the systems to maintain correct sales and stock tracking.
  • Working closely with the Merchandiser to support with price changes, markdowns and preparation for the sale period.
  • Manage initial allocation to all retail stores.
  • Liaise with warehouse to ensure timely stock deliveries to stores.
