We are seeking a highly organised and analytical Merchandiser with a background in inventory planning to oversee inventory accuracy, stock integrity, and stock forecasting. The successful candidate will combine strong inventory planning experience with excellent merchandise planning, analytical, and relationship management skills to support operational efficiency and commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce and monitor season OTBs.
  • Support strategy / buy planning by seasonal hindsight/ lessons learnt and analysing data (buy analysis).
  • Support Head of Merchandising with price-bands across the three core currencies and global geo pricing.
  • Analyse daily/weekly sales reports and propose appropriate action to take.
  • Analyse sales trends, stock movement, and business data to forecast future inventory requirements.
  • Maintain optimal inventory levels to minimise both excess stock and stock shortages.
  • Provide global warehouses with in-season and yearly shipment forecast and actuals to ensure on time deliveries.
  • Monitor any stock issues identifying out of stocks and recut recommendations.
  • Managing order placements and intake plans with sourcing team to maintain stock levels in season and end of season.
  • Monitor stock integrity reports, invalid stock reports, and inventory discrepancies, escalating issues promptly to management.
  • Analyse departmental sales and transactional reports to identify stock processing issues that may impact inventory accuracy.
  • Partner with Logistics and Finance as they conduct regular stock counts and cycle counts across multiple sites, ensuring discrepancies are investigated and resolved efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and stock databases within ERP/WMS systems.
  • Ensure stock is allocated, transferred, and returned to warehouses within agreed timelines.
  • Manage stock adjustments, reconciliations, and reporting to minimise stock loss and improve inventory accuracy.
  • Design and implement inventory tracking processes to improve stock visibility and operational control.
  • Responsible for Wholesale RTVs, swaps through appropriate inventory management.

Skills & Experience

  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to interpret large data sets and identify trends.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience using ERP/WMS systems.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and influence operational improvements.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organised approach to work.

Additional Requirements

  • Flexible and adaptable approach to operational business needs.
  • Needed to be onsite 5 days a week.
