This is a hybrid role that bridges between the showroom and the wholesale department. This position requires someone who is pro-active, highly organised and detail orientated to work across supporting international showroom operations while managing competing priorities. Full time role based 5 days a week in the London office.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Input and manage product data into wholesale management systems (ZEDONK & JOOR)
  • Maintain and distribute line sheet documentations along with both digital and printed seasonal selling materials
  • Coordinate full operations for London & Paris showroom set ups, pack downs, including sample shipments, furniture bookings/delivery and model bookings
  • Work closely with external partners to ensure smooth running for showroom executions
  • Responsible for showroom checklist and work towards deadlines set for market preparations including campaign invites, look book imagery, asset print outs & showroom furnishings
  • Ensure visual merchandising is kept at brand standard and all showroom aspects trailing the brand vision
  • Coordinate and track sample shipments for international showrooms and support external agents with relevant seasonal materials and information during market
  • Manage showroom day-to-day logistics and be main point of contact for daily operations across internal teams and external suppliers
  • Create model and intern rotas for showroom appointments and support intern schedules and tasks
  • Place daily catering orders for drinks & snacks for the showroom
  • Track costs and ensure invoices are accurately submitted to the Finance team
  • Provide post market order ad-hoc support and administrative support in-between seasons across orders/ OC send outs/ re-orders/ swaps/ PO’s/ RRPs
  • Assist in sales processes including seasonal order entry, weekly sales reports and monthly style performance trackers
  • Monitor after-sales ad-hoc for online launch uploads and pricing checks
  • Work closely with finance and logistics to provide account support and ensure smooth processes
  • Coordinate sample send outs for wholesale shoots and wholesale marketing requests
  • Create collection overviews and training manuals ahead of collection launches across RTW, ACC and CHW.
