We are looking for a detail‑oriented E‑commerce Executive to manage product listings, site content, and website performance enhancement. This role involves uploading and maintaining product data, including Complete the Look, product recommendations, size guides, and filters, while ensuring accuracy and consistency. The candidate will optimise product categories, track pre‑orders, and perform ad‑hoc updates such as pricing and imagery changes. Key responsibilities also include site content maintenance, such as daily audits, usability testing, and managing FAQs, navigation, and translated content. They will support visual merchandising, conduct speed audits, and optimise on‑site search. The candidate will analyse reports covering key e-commerce metrics, SEO performance, site heat maps, and conversion trends. Ideal candidates will have strong Excel skills, Shopify experience (beneficial), web knowledge, and a proactive, detail‑oriented approach. Flexibility to respond to critical system alerts or special launches outside business hours is essential.

Job Responsibilities

  • Product Management
    • Upload and maintain product listings, including size guides, filters, and variant linking.
    • Conduct quality checks on product recommendations and update conditions as needed.
    • Optimise product categories for better navigation and searchability.
    • Perform ad‑hoc product updates (e.g., name changes, price updates, imagery).
    • Upload and track pre‑order dates.
  • Site Content Maintenance
    • Conduct daily site audits and usability testing.
    • Maintain site content including FAQ pages, navigation, edit pages, and translated content.
    • Support visual merchandising maintenance.
    • Perform speed audits and identify slow‑performing pages.
  • Complete the Look
    • Collaborate with buyers to curate product pairings and update sold‑out items.
    • Report on revenue generated by this feature.
  • On‑Site Search
    • Optimise Klevu search and implement new features.
    • Expand product synonyms to improve discoverability.
  • SEO & Performance
    • Conduct SEO tasks to improve visibility and rankings.
    • Deliver bi‑monthly SEO reports.
  • E‑Commerce Reporting
    • Analyse bounce rates, high‑click/low‑converting products, and landing pages.
    • Use heatmaps for insights.
    • Assist in compiling trade reports.
