Self-Portrait is seeking a commercially minded Digital Marketing Executive to support the execution of customer acquisition, retention and engagement strategies across CRM and digital marketing channels. This role will primarily focus on CRM, supporting the planning, execution and optimisation of email and SMS communications across multiple international markets. The role will also support broader growth marketing initiatives, including paid social activity, audience management, reporting and campaign coordination. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented marketer who is passionate about customer behaviour, data-driven decision making and luxury fashion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, schedule and deploy email and SMS campaigns across UK, EU, US and Rest of World markets.
  • Support the delivery of the CRM calendar, ensuring campaigns are executed accurately, on time and in line with brand guidelines.
  • Conduct thorough QA checks across links, personalisation, segmentation and creative assets.
  • Build and maintain customer segments and audiences to support campaign targeting and automated journeys.
  • Support the management and optimisation of lifecycle programmes, including Welcome, Browse Abandonment, Cart Abandonment, Back in Stock, Post Purchase and Re-engagement journeys.
  • Produce regular campaign performance reports, identify insights and support A/B testing initiatives.
  • Support paid social activity across Meta, including audience creation, customer list uploads, campaign coordination and performance reporting.
  • Support the execution of seasonal campaigns, collection launches and promotional activity across CRM and growth channels.
  • Work closely with Ecommerce, Graphics, Buying and Customer Service teams, as well as external agencies and platform partners.

Essential

  • 2+ years' experience in CRM, digital marketing or ecommerce.
  • Experience using an ESP such as Klaviyo, Ometria or similar.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.

Desirable

  • Experience within a fashion, luxury or ecommerce business.
  • Experience with Shopify and/or Meta Ads Manager.
  • Experience with SMS marketing.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4).
  • Understanding of customer lifecycle marketing and retention strategies.
  • Basic HTML knowledge.
