As we continue to expand our digital presence, we’re looking for a Digital Designer to create engaging visuals for paid social media ads and organic social content - helping to shape the way our audience experiences the brand online. Reporting to the Creative Manager, you will have proven experience in this space and a strong understanding of the unique creative requirements of social and digital advertising platforms and how to best tailor content for each channel.

The Role: We’re seeking a strategic and highly skilled Digital Designer with a deep understanding of fashion end-use, someone who can curate images in a way that feels intentional, visually compelling, and commercially effective. From paid social ads to organic content, you’ll create assets that feel editorial yet performance-driven, elevating our brand’s online presence across Instagram, TikTok and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and produce high-impact creatives for paid social campaigns (static ads, animated assets, carousels, videos, etc.), ensuring they align with customer journey.
  • Create and curate organic social content (Instagram Stories, Reels, TikTok, feed posts) that is visually curated and purposeful in storytelling and brand positioning, under the direction of the Creative Manager and Creative Director.
  • Curate and arrange images purposefully to enhance visual flow and impact, ensuring each post and ad contributes to a cohesive aesthetic.
  • Working closely with the performance marketing team to optimize ad creatives for performance, using data insights and A/B testing to maximize engagement and conversions, with content tailored for different audience segments and platforms.
  • Own all design assets for the Ads channel, from brief to delivery, ensuring all creative and technical requirements are met and assets are delivered in a timely manner, allowing time for approvals and feedback.
  • Retouch and edit images as required, with a high level of attention to detail and understanding of brand guidelines and vision.
  • Create motion graphics and simple animations to enhance engagement across social content.
  • Stay ahead of social media design trends and platform best practices to keep our content fresh and competitive.
  • Organize and maintain digital asset libraries for efficiency and ease of access.

Who You Are

  • A digital-first designer with a strong understanding of fashion, visual storytelling, and social media trends.
  • Organized with meticulous attention to detail, able to present your work confidently.
  • Highly skilled in composition and image curation.
  • Passionate about fashion, branding, and digital marketing, with an eye for commercial impact and engagement.
  • Deeply immersed in TikTok and Instagram culture, with the ability to identify trends and their visual requirements.
  • Able to take on feedback from multiple stakeholders and implement into your design solution.
  • A self-starter with a problem-solving mindset and a strong ability to adapt in a reactive, fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in graphic design or social media content creation, either in-house or at an agency, preferably with luxury brands.
  • This is an English-speaking position, and the candidate must be available for a 5 days office week at our London head office.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
  • Should be familiar with Figma.
  • Experience in content creation and video editing/animation is preferred.
  • A strong understanding of fashion, styling, and how imagery contributes to brand storytelling and desirability.
  • Exceptional organization and time-management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Must be resourceful and highly organised with an ability to learn and work independently.
  • An excellent team player - this role will require strong communications across multiple departments.
  • Positive and proactive when faced with challenges and problems.
