Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver top-quality driving instruction following guidelines set by the DVSA (Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency).
- Conduct driving lessons safely and professionally, prioritising the safety of students and other road users.
- Customise driving lessons to suit each student's unique needs and abilities.
- Prepare students thoroughly for their driving tests, helping them acquire the skills and knowledge needed to be confident and safe drivers.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and lesson plans.
Qualifications:
- Must possess a valid UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
- Minimum of 3 years of driving experience.
- Strong passion for teaching and assisting others in enhancing their driving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain composed and patient in challenging situations.
- Willingness to undergo training to become an ADI.
- Open availability to work evenings and weekends to accommodate students' schedules.
- Previous experience as a driving instructor or in a related position is beneficial but not mandatory.
