We’re looking for a reliable and engaging male Personal Assistant to support a 15-year-old autistic young man in St Andrews. This role is all about empowering him to grow his independence while having fun in the community.
You’ll help him practice everyday life skills like using public transport, ordering food, or buying tickets — all while going on enjoyable outings like walks, meals out, or cinema trips. He’s keen to try new things and needs someone who will treat him with respect and encouragement.
We’re looking for someone who is:
A positive male role model
Respectful and encouraging
PVG-registered (or willing to join)
Flexible and enthusiastic about making outings enjoyable and safe
You’ll be working closely with the young man and his family, helping shape meaningful experiences and skills that will last a lifetime.
