We are looking for a personal assistant to help a 92-year-old female who has Dementia and would like some company to give her family a break. Our client requires some reassurance when away from family. She enjoys the company of others and would benefit from someone who is kind and understanding. You will support her in her home to keep her mind active and to also keep her safe.
The role will also require you to support her with personal care and meal preparation as our client is currently bed bound and needs assistance with these tasks. You should have a caring attitude, a good sense of humour, be reliable with a positive and flexible approach to work. Having previous experience of supporting people with dementia would be advantageous. Being a driver is preferred.
