The predicted salary is between 12 - 15 £ per hour.
We are looking for a personal assistant for our client who is a happy and energetic 12-year-old boy with Autism, ADHD and a learning disability. You will be supporting our client to get out and about and enjoy his time outside of school. This might be going to parks, out for walks, swimming or any outdoor activities. Our client enjoys going to the beach and even a trip to Costas or the ice cream shop. Thinking of other activities for our client would also be ideal.
Our client can ask a lot of questions so being patient, kind and understanding would be ideal to support him in his activities. Our client has little sense of danger so someone who is observant and has a good level of fitness would also be ideal. Due to our client also having asthma, and some other medical needs, previous experience would be beneficial.
Applicants must have a caring attitude, have a good sense of humour, be reliable with a positive and flexible approach to work. This role requires an enhanced check through PVG (Protecting Vulnerable Groups).
