Selexa Group Ltd are partnered with a number of high calibre manufacturing & production clients across Wiltshire in the search for x5 Shift Maintenance Engineers to support robust and high-output Maintenance functions.
You will be responsible for preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and machinery repair, ensuring full regulatory compliance, working in a small team to minimise downtime and optimise performance and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- C&G and/or similar Engineering Qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- 5 years ideally production maintenance experience within a Maintenance or manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of manufacturing engineering equipment, especially process, production, packing and filling lines
- GMP knowledge beneficial, but not essential
- Knowledge of PLC systems, automation and control circuits/systems
Key Activities:
- Perform routine maintenance activity, ensuring task completion and safety guidelines adhered to
- Support equipment such as mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, pumps and shaft drives
- Support complex breakdowns and technical issues, providing advanced diagnostics, trouble-shooting, and decision-making
- Ensure planned Engineering activities are delivered appropriately and on time
- Liaise with production & engineering management to communicate shift performance, issues and improvement opportunities
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of maintenance activities and shift handovers
- Support the installation and commissioning of new equipment, ensuring seamless integration and best practices are followed
- Drive compliance within industry standards and H&S pertinence
