Technical Support Engineer Swindon £48-50,000 + bonus Selexa Life Sciences is delighted to be exclusively partnered with a leading Pharma client to deliver a number of new Engineers, the most recent being a Technical Support Engineer within Operations. We are searching for a technical specialist to support engineering, operation, production across the business, responsible for the lifecycle management from installation through to end of life. You will have oversight of all activities in relation to inspection, fault finding & diagnostics, repair, maintaining and project upgrades. Key Responsibilities: * Manage equipment from installation through to end-of-life, including maintenance, repairs and upgrades. * Lead fault finding and implement right-first-time, long-term solutions. * Oversee new equipment installations, upgrades and GAP assessments. * Ensure equipment meets GMP, safety and regulatory requirements. * Develop preventive maintenance strategies and monitor equipment performance, including MTBF. * Work closely with engineering teams and third-party suppliers to deliver maintenance and improvement projects. * Provide technical support, knowledge sharing and mentorship across the engineering team. Requirements: * HNC/HND or equivalent in an engineering discipline. * Proven maintenance engineering experience, ideally within pharmaceutical or GMP manufacturing. * Strong understanding of pharmaceutical processing equipment and/or GMP infrastructure. * Experience in equipment lifecycle management, troubleshooting and continuous improvement. * Strong problem-solving, communication and collaboration skills.
