The REO Repair Coordinator is responsible for managing and overseeing property repairs and renovations for Real Estate Owned (REO) assets. This role ensures properties are maintained in marketable condition by coordinating vendors, managing timelines, controlling costs, and ensuring compliance with investor and company guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate repair and renovations activities for assigned REO properties
  • Review inspection reports, scopes of work (SOW), and repair bids
  • Assign work orders to vendors based on quality, cost, and timelines
  • Ensure timely completion of repairs
  • Manage vendor relationships and performance
  • Negotiate pricing and ensure competitive bids
  • Ensure vendors meet licensing and insurance requirements
  • Review and approve repair bids within authority limits
  • Monitor expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities
  • Conduct quality reviews and ensure completed work meets standards
  • Maintain documentation and compliance with investor guidelines
  • Collaborate with asset managers, contractors, listing agents, and investors

Required Qualifications
