MOBILE PATROL PARKING OFFICER MUST HAVE A FULL UK DRIVING LICENCE, AND ACCESS TO A CAR! FULL TIME / PERMANENT (5 DAYS A WEEK) IMMEDIATE START.

Permanent - 40 hours per week, working 5 days out of 7.
Candidate Specifications:- No experience is required as full training will be provided.
- Highly motivated with a 'can do' attitude.
- A clean and smart personal appearance.

- To be able to assist and excel whilst working in either car parking or traffic management.
- To provide excellent communication skills and an aptitude for working with the public.
- To ensure a professional, friendly and approachable manner.
- Offer outstanding customer service to members of the public by assisting with any general enquiries relating to the car park.
- Travel between sites, ensuring optimal routes are used and time is managed effectively to provide the correct coverage at the correct times.
- Issuing parking charges to vehicles contravening the regulations of the car park using your handheld device.
- Carry out foot patrols in line with Health & Safety and British Parking Association.
- Ensure that vehicles are parked in compliance with any restrictions.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
- Identify and report any failures of parking equipment.
- Advise motorists on the correct appeals procedure.
- Parking Marshaling at local events.
