Due to company expansion this Award winning FMCG leader is looking for a Supply Chain Manager to support ongoing growth, leading an already successful team with a strong past and positive outlook. This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to work with a real friendly and Family Company, being part of a team where you can really make a difference.

As the Supply Chain Manager you will implement and steer a robust, efficient flow of products through the Company’s forecasting processes, purchase ordering, shipping, storage and order management. You will undertake a full strategic review of the current inbound and outbound supply chain to identify weakness.

You will be responsible for managing the Planning & Procurement team, setting KPI’s in line with anticipated forecasts. As well as monitoring supplier performance to assess ability to meet quality and delivery requirements. You will create strategic relationships with global shipping and brokerage partners to ensure swift, reliable and cost-effective delivery of Goods from a Global Supplier base

Manage and co-ordinate with CS Team, Warehouse Replenishment and Picking Teams to maximise SLA levels to all customers. Liaising and broaden Outbound Logistical Partner relationships and define SLAs to match or better customer requirements. Whilst maintaining a high degree of accurate database management.

To be considered for the Supply Manager opportunity you must have xtensive experience within the FMCG sector with a high level of leadership 2to enhance the credibility and effectiveness of the team. You will be Degree level qualified or equivalent, with an accurate and methodical approach and attention to detail.
