We're looking for ambitious Field Sales Executives to deliver outstanding in-store execution and build strong retailer relationships on behalf of our prestigious client portfolio.

The Role

  • You'll be the face of our client's brands in your territory, visiting a variety of retail accounts daily.
  • Your focus will be on driving product visibility, distribution, and sales performance through excellent merchandising, relationship building, and promotional execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and key decision makers.
  • Merchandise client products to maximise shelf presence and promotional compliance.
  • Negotiate additional shelf space and identify secondary display opportunities.
  • Grow product distribution, availability, and visibility across your territory.
  • Use sales data and market insight to prioritise and plan your activity.
  • Provide regular, accurate reporting and market feedback to your team.

About You

  • Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle (essential).
  • Live within or able to commute easily across your assigned territory.
  • Experience in field sales, FMCG, or retail is an advantage but not essential.
  • A natural relationship builder with a professional, proactive approach.
  • Self-motivated, well organised, and results driven.
