Are you a driven, people-focused sales professional looking to represent some of the world's most recognised consumer brands? We're looking for ambitious Field Sales Executives to deliver outstanding in-store execution and build strong retailer relationships on behalf of our prestigious client portfolio.
The Role
You'll be the face of our client's brands in your territory, visiting a variety of retail accounts daily. Your focus will be on driving product visibility, distribution, and sales performance through excellent merchandising, relationship building, and promotional execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and key decision makers
- Merchandise client products to maximise shelf presence and promotional compliance
- Negotiate additional shelf space and identify secondary display opportunities
- Grow product distribution, availability, and visibility across your territory
- Use sales data and market insight to prioritise and plan your activity
- Provide regular, accurate reporting and market feedback to your team
About You
- Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle (essential)
- Live within or able to commute easily across your assigned territory
- Experience in field sales, FMCG, or retail is an advantage but not essential
- A natural relationship builder with a professional, proactive approach
- Self-motivated, well organised, and results driven
